Special Sewer Rate- 
All homes constructed in Chrisville, Stonegate Phase I and Stonegate Phase II on or before November 14, 2017,
shall be subject to a “Special Rate” pursuant to Roosevelt City Municipal Code section 13.12.090. The amount
includes $25.75 single family rate AND $67.75 Special rate.

Roosevelt City is currently not selling any out of city sewer connections.  County residents that are interested in connecting on to city sewer will need to fill out an annexation petition.
