Notice of Public Hearing by the Roosevelt City Planning and Zoning Commission
Notice is hereby given that the Roosevelt City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 20,2024, at 5:00 p.m., at the Roosevelt City Administration Building, 255 South State Street, Roosevelt, Utah. The commission will receive public comment regarding the following item(s):
- Proposed revisions to Roosevelt Municipal Code Title 17, Zoning
The revisions proposed to this title are intended to make the code clearer through use of plain language. Proposed revisions can be viewed at www.rooseveltcity.com/citycodes by selecting 'Municipal Code Update Information' from the drop-down menu.
Interested people are invited to attend and make comments. Supporting documentation will be posted on the city’s website at www.rooseveltcity.com, or you can contact the City Deputy Recorder at (435) 725-7205.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify the Deputy Recorder at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
